Third Grade

Congrats to these Science Fair winners!

6th grade just finished the book Wishtree. The story is told by “Red” the oak tree in a neighborhood where every May Day everyone ties their wishes to the tree. The kids all enjoyed this book that also follows three families that are learning to live together in what Red refers to as a colorful garden.
Today, 6th grade made their own wishes and tied them to their class wish tree.

One fun way to engage young readers is to turn off all the light, shut the blinds and give them a flash light!
