Due to ongoing poor road conditions, we will not be participating in the New Franklin basketball tournament tonight. This decision was required to be made early in the day due to the nature of planning a tournament with 8 different districts involved. While improvement has been made on main roads, many side roads and outer highways remain covered and unsafe for travel, especially at the late hours that students would be returning after the games. We are working with the involved athletic departments for what the plan forward looks like. We have not made a decision on school tomorrow and will continue to monitor the outer highways that are necessary for the safe execution of snow routes in our buses. We will send out notice when that decision has been made.

We are currently facing some uncertainty with bus routes for the upcoming week due to pending bus repairs and fluctuating sports schedules. For now, morning routes will be A routes, while afternoon routes will begin the week as B routes. We will notify families as soon as we are able to transition afternoon routes back to the A schedule or the need for any other changes. Thank you for your patience and flexibility.
