We will do a Senior recognition at the beginning of tonight's baseball game to kick off the season. This is not a regular Senior night, it will still be held in the Spring. Prairie Home has no restrictions for spectators. Please follow social distancing guidelines.
Reminder, tonight's baseball game against St. Elizabeth at 5:00 will be played at Bunceton.
Parents, if you need to talk with the office, health aide, and/or other staff members, please call the office to workout a time.
We are excited for the start of school tomorrow, Aug. 26th. Building opens for students at 7:30am to go to class. Please only students enter the building. Breakfast served 7:30-7:50. Classes begin at 8am. Reminder to bring water bottle and mask as they are strongly encouraged.
Update on microwave usage: We are going to allow microwaves for now, but there will be limited amount of time for students not eating in cafeteria. We will have hand sanitizer next to the microwaves that students need to use before and after using microwave. After the 1st week, we will review the procedure and might need to change it.
The baseball game for Friday, August 28th, has been moved to Bunceton. Game time is still 5:00 with V/JV.
First day of Jr. High basketball practice will be August 31st, from 3:30-5:30.
Prairie Home old basketball scoreboards are for sale. They do not work. We are wanting them gone quickly. Please contact the office starting Monday, Aug 24th with a bid for them. We will close the bids on Thursday, August 27th. The boards will need to picked up by Sept 4th.
We have been going through details of lunch. We trying to figure out microwave usage. There is a chance that we will have limited microwave usage for students, but we will give out more details on Monday.
Open House on Monday, August 24th, will be from 5pm-7pm. We are asking families with last name A-L to come between 5pm-6pm and families with last name M-Z to come between 6pm-7pm. Reminder that mask are strongly encouraged especially when social distancing is not possible.
Our first fall baseball game is Friday, Aug. 28th at 5pm. We will be doing a senior recognition for the start of the 20-21 season. Unfortunately, there is a chance the game will be played in Bunceton. We are working on our lights, but we might have them ready by the first game.

B-Tech starts on Monday August 24th. Bus will depart Prairie Home @ 7:30 AM. B-Tech "expects" face coverings and will temperature check upon entering the school.
