Breakfast/Lunch for Thursday:
Breakfast – Biscuit & Sausage Gravy or Cereal, Fruit, Milk or Juice
Lunch – BBQ Ribs on Bun, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Fruit, Milk
Alternate – Chicken Nuggets
No School: PHS will not be in session on Monday, Jan. 16th due to the Martin Luther King Holiday. Classes will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 17th .
Yearbooks: Don’t forget to order your 2022-2023 Yearbook for $25.00 before Jan. 31st . If you order after Jan. 31st the price of the yearbook will increase to $30.00.
PBS/Panther P.R.I.D.E. Hat Day: Pay $1.00 to wear your hat all day on Friday, Jan. 13th . All proceeds to the PBS/Panther P.R.I.D.E. fund.
PHS Science Fair: The school-side science fair projects will be displayed in the gym until the end of the school day today. They are available for public viewing throughout the day.
Panther Pride Points: Want to earn Panther Pride points? Turn in your signed Progress Reports and you will be awarded points. This is for all students in grades 7-12.
PBS Dress Up Days: January PBS Dress-Up Days are as follows. Receive Panther Pride points when you participate.
Fri., Jan. 13th $1.00 Hat Day
Thurs., Jan. 19th Popcorn Day (Popcorn to be given out around lunchtime)
Mon., Jan. 23rd Polka Dot Day
Weds. Jan. 25th Opposite Day
Tues., Jan. 31st Backwards Day
Homecoming Information: Homecoming is almost here with the theme being “City Lights.” The
Homecoming game is on Friday, Jan.20th with the Dance to follow. Please sign up your guest, if they are not a PHS student on the list in the cafeteria and make sure you have the guest permission form completed and turned in by Thursday, Jan. 19th . Homecoming Dress-Up days are as follows:
Monday – No School
Tuesday – “Tacky Tourist Day” (Dress as a tacky, tourist)
Wednesday – “Celebrity Day” (Dress as a favorite celebrity)
Thursday - “Out on the Town Day” (Dress Fancy)
Friday – “Red/Black Spirit Day” (Wear your Red & Black Panther gear)
