Yearbooks are now on sale for the 26/27 school year. See attached form to order by cash or check. We will also have a QR code available in the near future with the opportunity to place your order online. Yearbooks are $30 each at this time.
The Prairie Home Recreational Association for basketball and cheer are sending out interest surveys to see how many kids would be interested in the upcoming season. Please fill out a form and return to a board member or Ms. Roberta in the office. This is for kids kindergarten through 6th grade.

National Honor Society's first blood drive of the year is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Please see the attached flyer to schedule an appointment and for more information.
Please join us on Friday, September 25, 2026 at the Prairie Home baseball field to thank our local community businesses for helping with much needed improvements that have been made to our baseball facilities. The baseball game against New Franklin starts at 5:00 p.m.
Student Pick-Up: If you need to change your student’s plans for the end of the day (they will be picked up, need to ride a different bus, etc.) please call the school office before 1:00 p.m. to make those changes. Any transportation changes should be communicated with the office. Messages sent to teachers and/or bus drivers aren't always communicated with the office.
Medication: Remember to bring in any medications you would like your children to take while at school. Tylenol, Motrin and Tums are the only medications the school will provide. If they need allergy medications or any prescription medications parents will have to bring them in with instructions.
Food Service: Remember to keep lunch account balance up to date. With access to teacherease everyone should be able to see their child's lunch account balance and also have the ability to pay online. If you are having trouble logging in to teacherease please reach out to the office for assistance. The black box is still available for payment drop off outside of the office door.
