Red and Black Scrimmage: The Red and Black Scrimmage is this Saturday November 4th at 5 pm. See attached flier for event details and schedule.
PBS and Panther P.R.I.D.E. have teamed up for a school wide fundraiser. They will be selling St. Louis Cardinals Calendars. First due date is November 15. See flier for details.
Veterans Day Assembly: The Veteran’s Day Assembly will be held in the Prairie Home Gym on November 10th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Meet and Greet with refreshments prior at 1:00 p.m. See the attached flier for more information regarding how you or a family service member can participate.
Student Council and Beta Club will be sponsoring a Food Drive from November 6-17. See flier for details.
Reminder: Art Club meets in the Art Room every Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. Please see Ms. Bolin with any questions.
Yearbooks: Yearbooks are now on sale for 23/24! Get one until February for $25.00.
PBS Dress Up Days: November 2023.
QR Points will be rewarded for those who participate.
American Education Week November 13-November 17
Monday, Nov 13: Kick Off- kick off your shoes and wear slippers
Tuesday, Nov 14: Family Day- dress up as a twin with someone
Wednesday, Nov 15: Education Support Professionals Day- wear your favorite college gear
Thursday, Nov 16: Education Takes Sweat, Determination, and Hard Work- wear your sweats and/or work out gear
Friday, Nov 17: Substitute Educator Day- wear your pj’s
Dismissal Times: All PHS students will be dismissed daily at 3:20 p.m. If you need to pick up your student(s) earlier than 3:20 p.m., please let the office know at 660-841-5296.
Food Service: Please be sure and keep your student’s Food Service accounts up to date. Account balance summaries will be sent home every Friday (if your student has a negative balance it will be in parentheses). If a student’s balance is negative, they will not be allowed “extras.” If your student’s balance falls negative more than $5.00, they will receive a cheese sandwich (for which they will not be charged) and milk (for which they will be charged). You can also check students' balance in Teacherease under fees.
